I have worked on trace metal level in serum of tobacco chewers and their effect on regulation of specific gene SNP. i am confused in analysis.is there any online tool which can help me in finding relation between two. If spss then which type of stats will I choose to analyse my results.
I assume you want to know which statistical test is appropriate for your data. If you provide further information e.g. your hypothesis, sample size, number of treatments etc. it will be easier to help you with your problem.

1. To estimate serum and salivary levels of trace elements in subjects consuming areca nut.
2. To evaluate the role of TEs at molecular level in inducing epigenetic and genetic changes.
sample size is 200......100 (chewers ), 50 controls (non- chewers ) and 50 pre cancerous. I dint give any treatment , i am just doing observation that whether the content of areca nut alter the gene or not
