the difficulity is that TOS is already has an ester bond .. so how can i confirm that another ester bond formed?

The intensity of the C=O should increase. However, how much it increases is unknown as there is a coefficient of absorption involved in FTIR spectrum, which makes it inaccurate.
I would recommend for NMR for more specific results.
