Do you need instrument to gather data in investigating the nursing perception and attitude toward using electronic medical records in RMS? I suggest to consider the recommendation of Younus Khudhur. You can revise the instrument according to the data needed in your study. If there are no instrument available that measure the variables in your study, then you will develop your own instrument. Review of related literature is needed in the development of research instrument. The validity of the instrument should be examined by experts.
