Hello sir

What is the appropriate way to analyze this type of data in the Graph pad Prism program, if the data is in this form (total number of samples is 90)

19 male ,11 female =control

28 male ,2female=moderate

22male,8 female=severe

Note that a TNF test and many other tests have been performed
