Hello, I am pretty new to the Slicer 3D software and I was wondering how to annotate a 3D Spring(Hardware tool) volume?

I want to manually annotate the CT scan of a spring (3D) to train a U-net. I tried to find tutorials on how to manually annotate and found a lot of examples for medical data. My question is how to annotate this kind of volume where mask has to continuous in a spiral form.
