Вопрос к биологам, ну а как нефтяник отвечу просто: максимально разбавьте загрязнённый объём земли и посадите спец.растения. Они сезона за два-три довершат работу по обеззараживанию почвы. Если концентрация нефти более 10%, то термический метод, вернее каталитический в паровой среде даст полное обезвреживание почвы, но почва уже будет как мин.ресурс, но зато вы получите на выходе ещё и бензиновые и дизельные фракции, т.е. товарный продукт.
