I have some rice samples that needs to be analyzed for specific anthocyanins such as cyanidin 3 glucoside. Thank you.

Dear Manabat it is very easy to assess the Cyanidin 3 glucose by your own. It is a simple method and accuracy of this analysis depends upon the storage temperature on what you have stored your samples. Moreover, temperature should be 5 degree Celsius whenever you are preparing the sample for analysis.for this i will recommend you to read some papers.
