Can you recommend a published study or textbook that can explain how to extrapolate in invitro concentration to mice dose and vice versa?

I need to conduct a preliminary in vitro study on different types of oligosaccharides fermented by bacterial culture. I need to translate the concentration of the oligosaccharides with highest bacterial proliferating effect to mice dose (grams). How do i do this? Also, is there a way to convert 5 grams to concentration volume for the in vitro experiment?
