Hello Deepak Laxmi deepak Thupurani , an interesting topic when it comes to human resources management might be to analyze Human Resources management in companies that implement open innovation or open business models. Open innovation is based on the premise that not all the smart people work for the organization and one of the key factors is how human capital mobility and knowledge flows are more hectic and complex as years go by. So one of the research topics I think could be interesting is to analyze how to attract talent to your organization and how to make sure they stay with your organization even though your organization is making that same talent collaborate with other companies that might seem more attractive. This is even more relevant in the case of startups, which can benefit a lot from innovating with big companies (Cisco or GE among many others) but the big companies might see really bright talent working at the startup and try to take them away.
Another key point of Open Innovation HR Management is to find and choose talent based on certain traits and skills that make them better at innovating and collaborating. Open Innovation and Open Innovation 2.0 are the future, and even if you see young talent with potential, the willingness and ability to collaborate and co-create with different actors within society will be a key skill for workers in the near future.
