Hello XRD experts. I am getting acquainted with analyzing XRD data using XPowder.
Does anyone know whether XPowder has the capability to carry out Rietveld refinement? If so, where do I find in the software that tool?
Thanks
Andres
I do not think you can do Rietveld with XPowder. There are other open-source sowtares that can do it, for example FullProf or Jana
thanks for your reply
