Thanks dears Prosper and Muhammad: In first step,sample must be mechanically crushed, in this stage sand and zeolite will be powder. In the second stage, I want separate them from each other. Before crushing,I put impure zeolite in acetone for 24 h, to loosen sand from zeolite. This method was effective,however, a little amount of sand remains.In fact, my problem is the prototype preparation.Good luck my friends.
I think to decrease the amount of sand my washing with dilute hydrochloric acid is useful and not forgetting their concentration or percent amount.
