Hello there. I have been studying about coating of implant materials and the osteoblast cell attachment of these coatings produced by the PVD process. I couldn't obtain optical, confocal and fluorescent microscope image due to the fact that the sample materials are not transparent. Could you suggest a staining protocol that can show cells in an inverted microscope?
