Hello can any one help me in quantitative analysis of IL6 promoter?

Hello

In my research I need to do quantitative methylation assay on 3 genes, but about IL6 as it has no distinct CpG island and only 19 CpG motifs are there that changing in their methylation status lead to change expression of this gene.

In other 2 genes I did MSRE-qPCR, but in IL6 it is a big problem. Can you please help me in finding the right method?
