I have done HDAC activity assay using kit from epigenetics. But my standard curve didnot come properly. Has anyone used the same kit? If used then please send the standard graph with the original O.D values of standard and if possible then also send the other O.D values as of blank and samples so that I can check if there is some problem in my handling. I have done the experiment after 9 months of purchasing the kit but its expiry date was 6 months. So I think this may be the reason for bad standard plot.
