I along with my B.Tech. (CSE) student Mr. Dhruv Arya (15BCE0187) carrying out a research on supermarkets. For this we have designed a questionnaire. It contains no personal information as many people hesitate to give their responses. The information collected will be used only for research.

If I may ask what you intend to do with the survey result as I find this quite thought provoking??
While completing the survey few queries and suggestions came in my mind, and if possible would you care to clarify them?
The Queries as follows:
All the questions only consisted of answers as Good, Bad or Can't say. Do you intend to use the answer as Yes (1), No (0) and Null, where Good being Yes, Bad being No and Can't say being Null?
If that is the case then are you intend to use the data for supervised training (AI)? What do you intend to achieve and what is the goal of this research?
The suggestion as follows:
Although in the beginning, the survey participant already answers which super market he/she has visited but throughout the questionnaire the participant still has to go through the same repetitions. I think the survey design could be little better to encourage more participants to take part in it if the format was easier and non time consuming for them. Personally, half way through the survey, I was already feeling that I still half a long way to go before I would complete answering all the questions, and hence I thought I would voice my opinion in case it helps your team with your endeavours.
