And, when Japan's values of 'seniority-based pay' and 'life-time employment' are facing crisis due to the neo-liberalism impacting the global product as well as labor market around, Surely, n general we can find more company unions today than regional and national union affiliation; that is what happens more in Japan. What is the potential of Japanese values impacting HRM thinking?
