Especially after the publication of the book, "Japanization of the British Industry" in the late eighties some European scholars argued that HRM postulates are rooted in Japanese people management. What do you think about this; if so in what way? And, when Japan's values of 'seniority-based pay' and 'life-time employment' are facing crisis due to the neo-liberalism impacting the global product as well as labor market around, Surely, n general we can find more company unions today than regional and national union affiliation; that is what happens more in  Japan. What is the potential of Japanese values impacting HRM thinking?
