Students are stopped from entering the university and asked to study from home. The recorded lectures (virtual classroom) and the slides (PowerPoint) and resources are placed on the Blackboard. Also, you could release the PBL cases, or other resources in the course on time, as per the course schedule and on a day-by-day basis. Training the teachers on how to interact with students via the management system or any system for live interactions. These sessions should follow the schedule and the time allocated for each session.

At Al Maaref University, before the Coronavirus issue, different faculties had different experiences with blended education. However, in my Faculty [Business Administration] we used original books with Online support, giving us a step ahead. However, since all moved to Online, we decided to move one step at a time into the digital support. We do not have Blackboard or banner etc... So, we decided first to use Voice over Power Point, then create Classrooms on Google, and use the voice chatting over Classroom as well. With time, we will be using Zoom, and other open source applications.

I think that corona issues is real dangerous impact to human, and very easy to be contaminated with this viruses, so many universities in Indonesia change the lecturing method from face to face -- online lecturing. At present, in Saskatchewan Canada, we're in the process of shifting to online course delivery, using our Moodle technology and primarily Zoom teleconferencing. Final Exam solutions have not yet been worked out. Support staff are working from home. We're hopeful that we're getting ahead of the community outbreaks and that we'll be able to "flatten the curve" to allow our Health Care system to manage the more serious cases, but it'll be a few weeks before we'll be able to see if our measures have been effective.

The Ministry of Education and Sciencehas issued an order to conduct online classes for schools and universities for two weeks. Since Monday,March 16 we moved to online format of education. Our IT Department offered three options to deliver calsses as Microsoft Teams, Youtube OBS and BigBlueButton dl.

Two days it was possible to work at University and home. IT Department prepared 20 computer classes with web cameras, microphones and other devices to broadcast lessons for academic teachers.

After the introduction of the State of Emergency in the country, it was possible to work only online, not only for teachers, but also for the administration.

After each lesson, the teacher must fill out a form in Excel about the work performed with the instructions of student attendance and send it by email to the Department administrator who in turn sends it to the Dean's office.

Yesterday we got an order of a Rector in which the teacher is obliged to provide a report on the work done according to an individual plan in additiоn to teaching.

Yes, at Economics Faculty - Cordoba University (Argentina), we have changed all the presencial classes by e-learning. We had Moodle technology for a little % of applications, but now we use this platform at 100% in order all students can be connected with their professors and classmates following each subject programm. Administrative tasks also can be done through the systems. So we don´t need to go to the Faculty.

Normaly, we use our internal system based on Moodle dl.iitu.kz where we obliged upload all necessary materials to teach

Now by three option we broadcast both lectures and practical lessons, but generally we use Microsoft Teams.Four days have passed since we moved to online training. It seems my departmental colleagues and me feel ourself confident due to comfortable plartform with multiple functions .

Completely, it's very easy to observe at the moment a lot of transformations in the routine operations to virtual/online, but not only: it's, notablly, obvious enough to see how consumers are going to change their purchasing behaviour.

They are adopting new practices, for instance, home deliveries for their shopping or still pick-up on drive-sites (you understand ? like Mac drives).

Step by step, the platform MS Teams is being mastered. Now for the report it is used Microsoft 365 On drive, very convenient. Also on the last Practical lesson online notebook have been used . But still I note attendance and scores in the dl to be sure for myself.

At the Algerian University, there is a fundamental change in the processes of receiving information directly and face to face..but the official authorities called the will to use the websites..and this provided a special ground in which students deal through and receive lessons ... and they raise concerns ...

Yes, I find this is a very important strategy for the work in HE in some areas, that don`t need laboratory practices. But it requires an institutional capacity to support the increasing demand for resources, infrastructure ...

Actually,

lot of people have generated new virtual social models to keep up high spirit.

For example, we have our units shared virtual 2pm coffee breaks (people drink coffee / tea at home and we share the event with virtual conferencing tools :) ).

Also, some of our students have Friday evening time shared vine gatherings (once again people are home and share the moments with Zoom / TEAMs / Skype etc. tools.

We have moved towards repeating cycle of short TEAMs / Zoom meetings with colleagues to constantly keep in touch (like work place corridor meet ups).

Few to 10 minutes at time, discussing what is the current progress, in quite casual way.

These occur typically quite close to same times per week, but are not mandatory.

We have moved towards Home Office and e-learning in University of Córdoba, Argentina. We give theoretical classes and practical activities using one of the tools like TEAMs, Zoom, Meets and others, in all the subjects of our curricula. Before the coronavirus pandemic, almost a 10% of the Professors used virtual classes and nowadays nearly a 63% wishes to go on with this way of teaching.

For the organizations and workers, this quarantine is installing a new working culture, that is "home working" or "tele working". This new culture has pros and cons: there are some costs savings, but a less supervision and control for the companies. For workers they have savings in transport for example, both money and time, but itsn´t easy for them to control the number of hours they spend working with the virtual tools.

In my opinion we´ll have to regulate a lot of diferent aspects in tele working for benefit of both: companies and employees!!
