Acupuncture can never be a part of allopathic medicine. It is an alternative treatment form.

Acupuncture is extremely practioner dependent. The acupuncture doctor has to be thoroughly trained and has to be in practice for years. Countries like China do produce the best of acupuncture medicine.

The experience in the USA  has been no better than placebo. Majority of the acupuncturists are not well trained. Some take a brief course and start an acupuncture clinic. I believe acupuncture can help people with headaches, neck and back pain.

To state ' acupuncture can treat almost all diseases ', sounds like fiction . I would like to see the research. I understand about activating QI. But your statement  provided implies we do not need conventional allopathic therapy any more. No more antibiotics, chemotherapy, radiation therapy , nerve blocks, etc..

@Sanjay Sastry As time passed by, the new technologies advanced. The quantum physics already approve the power of acupuncture and the Chinese medicine that are far advanced medical science.

Yes, acupuncture can be an allopathic medicine when its power is strong enough to conquer or exceed the destruction of the drugs' toxins. As the technology advanced, the power of the drugs makes the pure needle acupuncture treatments can not be the allopathic medicine.

I used acupuncture as my main modalities for my patients no matter mild or severe cases. For my earlier treatments for not severe diseases, please read my testimonials as on the link. You can notice that I treated much western medicine could not solve diseases.

For later severe cases, I use acupuncture plus moxibustion. For even severe cases, I add external herbs to make more powerful treatments.

I agree with you that "Majority of the acupuncturists are not well trained." That the Chinese medicine highly depends on the practitioners to think and learn. However, not all of the practitioners grasp this rule. That heard from my classmates told me that "Frieda, your treatment is so powerful. It has not been taught by the school instructors and I have not read from books." My reply: "Yes, it's from my thinking and understanding the Chinese medicine theories.

" The acupuncture treatment effectiveness depends on the needle length, needle thickness, needling skills, the direction of needle insertion,  the knowledge of the practitioner,  the accurate diagnosis of the practitioner, the experience of the practitioner to find the most powerful points to needle, how accurate of locating the acupuncture points, the strength of the practitioner's qi following the needle to enter the patient, the strong willing power of the practitioner's desire to let the patient be better sooner, etc.

The blame of the acupuncture and Chinese go backward is the cultural revolution and around 400 years ago, after the warm disease school came out, majority practitioners lost the ability to make the correct diagnosis. It's sad that many nowadays western or even Chines medicine had no clue diseases well, well treated and documented in thousands of years ago's ancient Chinese medical books. I am very lucky to learn it from professor Ni, Hai Sha, L.Ac. (1953-2012). He worked too hard and worried too much from the mistakes in the medical field.

Some MDs went to China to get a 3 months money making driven acupuncture course and opens his acupuncture clinic. But proud to say that he "learned from China" as a golden cloth decoration.

The majority of the acupuncturists uses no more than 1" long needles. I urge acupuncturists to use longer needles for some points. It's due to nowadays people have severe body blockages than 10 years ago such as more food additives, air, and water pollution, plus more stressful like due to the social media and fast, more interference from outside.

I closed my acupuncture clinic. Reason are I am too kind to let patients take advantages from me; my two hands treat severe sick patients' rate is far slower than the severe sick patients' generating rate, acupuncture treatments like feeding fishes to the patient but the whole body healing system teaches patients how to fish; acupuncture treatment is 1:1 but cosmic energy treatment can be many:1 or 1: many; acupuncture only treats body blockage but the whole body healing system can treat body/mind/soul problems and leads to solving nowadays many problems derived from lack of self-ethical-regulations. 

The most valuable to use my rest of life is to teach instead of doing acupuncture treatments. I can teach practitioners and the general public.

@@Sanjay, I also want to make an additional comment that not well trained is not all of the school's responsibilities. I feel that the students' attitude towards to learn is also a factor. On the other hand, acupuncture schools' full faculties are less than the western medical schools'. It leads students to have fewer chances to ask questions to clear their confusion to learn better.

It's a complicated problem to face.
