Unfortunately i didn't. My grad school didn't have such infrastructure. I am very much eager to learn the process.
Stabak Das thank you for the message. I noticed that such devices are ready to use, they do not require specific facilities: just a sterile hood and a micropipette
I understand sir but i haven't done this procedure. But, i have used the devices in blood cell count experiment , using haemocytometer. Thank you so much for the concern i will definitely look into the topic you mentioned.
