Changing the speciality is not desirable & also to your long standing knowledge and experience if you are a person of professional career in medicine.For other cases we have gained speciality knowledge , hard work and experience in our areas of specialize .

However due to our long experience in our areas certain new development may come to us either by the way of intuition or sudden vibratory action may act to our specialisation.

This is my personal opinion
