I tried it and it worked. You have a chance to work with mesenteric artery in isolated organ bath.

Please I want to know how you used mesenteric artery in a tissue organ bath. I was not successful. Because our setup is suitable for rat and rabbit aorta. I even used the rabbit mesenteric artery. For rat mesenteric artery we need myograph?

I think myograph is more sensitive and suitable for the mesenteric artery. We didn’t have myograph so I used organ bath. As you say, if your set up (especially your transducer) isn’t suitable, you need to have myograph to meausure the isometric tension changes of the mesenteric artery.
