Dear colleague
Please guide me.
have a meaningful relationship between roughness and " mobility electron and hole" , lifetime tun and tup electron and hole"?
Hi Mohsen Vaezzadeh Asadi
All the structural defects of a material affects the mobility carriers, and we could say that roughness may affect the superficial conductivity of electrons or better said the dissociation efficiency of excitons (electron-hole).
Regards.
thanks for the guide
Hi Mohsen Vaezzadeh Asadi,
Excuse me, what is the roughness mean? If it is the roughness of the surface, that means it is holding back the moving of electrons.
And this will reduce the mobility of electrons. And the lifetime of electrons I think it will be reduced.
Best wishes,
Yue Liu
