I am using Jamovi for chi square test for independent samples. I am using one nominal variable (District) and another scale variable (training level) for the analysis. However, since I am new to Jamovi and chi square tests as such, I would like to know what it means if I am getting a p-value lesser than 0.05. I would also like to know the significance of Kendall's tau and Phi and Cramer's V and under what circumstances we can use and interpret these values?

Kendall's Tau is a rank non-parametric correlation coefficient suitable for the same sort of data, at least ordinal scale on X and Y.
For frequencies in discrete categories Chi 2 can be used to determine the significance of differences between two independent groups. It goes for nominal scale too.
Phi coefficient is a correlation between X and Y when a third variable Z is inserted and held constant.

If p is non-significant then the two variables do not have a relationship. You need a basic book in statistics to understand if you have the right scales (nominal, ordinal, or interval) for the right methods. There are many options and the one you mention are not necessary the best ones. It is not the best way to answer the questions when I have not seen the data. Do you have a supervisor?
