I am wondering if the post-processing script will insert the M-commands to turn the air off and on, set offsets, retract printheads, etc. automatically and correctly when I slice an object for dual printing. Or if anyone knows another way, besides manually, to properly insert the proper commands.
I currently have to go through and insert the commands manually.

Please follow the steps below:
1. Begin with copying the Software folder on the provided SD card to your computer.
2. Run the Python-3.5.2 file from “Software” folder. Fill the check boxes “Add Python 3.5 to PATH” and “Install the launcher for all users”
3. Run the Slic3r software leaving all settings as default except for the Extrusion temperature and Bed temperature that should be set to 0.
4. Go to “File” and enter “Preferences”, change mode to “Expert”.
5. Go to “File”, “Load Config Bundle…”, select the file named INKREDIBLE config bundle” inside your Software folder.
6. In slic3r, go to the “Print settings”, check “Output options”, select “Organ simple from the menu”.
7. Enter the file path to the file called “postprocessor” located in the “Software” folder. One example of a file path would be “C:\Users\Olof\Desktop\postprocessor.py”.
8. Click the “Save current print setting” button.
A g-code file that has run the postprocessor file correctly begins with “Postprocessed with INKREDIBLE post processor”. It will include all custom M-codes for valves, UV LED- control, tool change and offsets.
A g-code file that did not use the postprocessor begins with a text of the style “generated by Slic3r”.
