Has anyone used Synthetic Jet Actuator (SJA) simulation using Ansys 15.0?

I want to simulate a synthetic jet actuator (SJA) in ansys fluent 15. As far I know, to simulate SJA, dynamic meshing has to be used in Fluent. So far, my meshing always failed. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
