i have a capacity (Metal-isolator-metal) design in 2D.In the first i used piezoelectric device to show the resonance in the capacity after when i added electromagnatic wave i don't have any idea to select the boundary and the option of this solver, so anyone used this solver ...

I do not have much experience with MEMS module but have worked with RF module. I might be able to help you in some sort if you provide me with some more information on your problem.
