Has anyone used Dasatinib to revert grade IV ICANS after KTE X19 (or AXI cel) use?

Our patient is refractory after 3 lines of ICANS post KTE X19 treatment for MCL (dexamethasone, methylprednisolone, anakinra). Has anyone used Dasatinib for neurotoxicity in post CAR T cell use? And if yes, what dose?
