Dr. Brian Roth, whom developed DREADDs (designer receptor exclusively activated by designer drugs), has a chemogenetic blog that you may want to check out. It appears he had a posting in 2015 about osmotic minipumps that might be helpful (http://chemogenetic.blogspot.com/2015/09/cno-via-osmotic-minipump.html). His more recent posting might also be helpful. Good luck!

Lastly, FYI, I previously shared here https://www.researchgate.net/post/Does_anyone_have_an_experience_with_CNO_administration_via_subQ_pumps#view=59bb50ab48954c1b4457ac3d
I think you can use any chemical to deliver in osmotic pump as long as you can prepare it in liquid form. CNO is not that stable in solution so I would suggest for you to test its stability in several vehicles for the duration of your study, then choose your most stable formula as a vehicle for delivery in the pump. best of luck
