I want to use pBudCE4.1 vector for gene expression in CHO cell line. Has anyone used Bleomycin instead of Zeocin for selection in E. coli and creation of stable mammalian cell line? Also I wonder if DH5α strain (non transformed) is resistant to Bleomycin /Zeocin or not.
