I am using the Solar and Irwin conceptual framework for social determinants of health included (amended) in the WHO Commission of Social Determinants of Health 2008 report Closing the Gap in a Generation: health equity through action on social determinants of health. I am applying a framework analysis approach to analyse the conceptual and practical engagement of the right to health with the social determinants of health. Does anyone have experience of using this conceptual framework to structure their data analysis. If so I would be pleased to hear from you.

I also wondered if anyone has undertaken any work on analysisg special rapporteur reports in any way. I am interested in the processes you used for data analysis, how you selected reports for analysis, how you managed the large amount of data generated, what soort of research question you were seeling to answer.
