Hey scientists!

I used Cholera Toxin B - Alexa 488 congjugate (and other conjugates) for retrograde tracing before (in vivo, mice), but always injected it with pressure (Nanoliter Injector, WPI). I also tried non-conjugated CTB retrograde tracing but using electroporation, not pressure injection. It worked perfectly. However, we did not try the Alexa-conjugated CTB versions with electroporation.

So, my question is: has anyone tried iontophoretically inject CTB-conjugates? If yes, what parameters did you use?

thanks in advance!
