I am interested in using Bielschowsky's silver stain on brain tissue that has been embedded in LR White and sectioned 200-500 nm thin.
Hi Norelle,
Did you try this yet? I am also interested in using a silver stain (Warthin-Starry) on samples in LR White.
We are optimizing the protocol, since we now have some evidence that it can work.
1) If I have an intracellular molecular probe (647 nm) perfuse the trasgenic animal and paraffin embed the tissue will I be able to see the fluorescence with a confocal of fluorescence...
