I have a double signal from vinculin, one between 150-100 that corresponds to the information on the data sheet, but another very intense band between 75-100. Could someone tell me why?. It is mouse brown adipose tissue and it is mouse vinculin.

more information would be necessary to help. How did you extract your tissue? What is your ab, poly/monoclonal? conditions of your WB (native/reducing)? What is your secondary? How did you block and develop your membrane?
Without more details, there could be a myriad of reasons for getting non-specific bands.
