Has anyone got some experience with Custom RT2 Profiler PCR Arrays from Qiagen?

I'm preparing a Custom PCR Array Gene List Template. According to this table, customer should write:

- "# of experimental conditions"

- "# biological replicates per condition"

What does it exactly mean?
