Has anyone fused yeast protoplasts through electroporation using PEG?

I need to know the program (voltage, time, capacitance and resistance) for this process.

Electroporation is a process to increase the permeability of cell for the uptake of foreign DNA or Gene of interest. Poly Ethylene Glycol (PEG) is used only for that.

It is not a mechanical means through electrode where you can think of Voltage, Capacitance and Resistance.

Even transformation using Gene gun machine (instrument) there is bombardment of Au coated desired fragment of DNA/Gene on cell or isolated protoplast.
