Has anyone collected PBMC using the Tasso lithium-heparin (Tasso+ LH) device?

Hi all,

We are trying to collect PBMC with low blood volume using Tasso lithium heparin blood collection device (400-600 µL), has anyone done this before? If yes, under what conditions? Thanks in advance!

Tasso lithium-heparin (Tasso+ LH) device has not been used to collect PBMCs. The device is mainly designed to collect small amounts of blood for biomarker tests and works well for at-home or remote sampling. To isolate PBMCs, traditional blood collection methods (like venipuncture) are more suitable because they provide the larger volumes needed for these procedures
