Has anyone been successful in cloning a gene of interest into pCSC-SP-PW-GFP (aka: pBOB-GFP) either with or without GFP in it?

I have been trying to clone my gene of interest into pCSC-SP-PW-GFP (aka: pBOB-GFP) in order to generate a stable cell line, but lack of MCS in an issue here, so we have to manage with the available enzymes (only 3) upstream of GFP.

Another question I have in mind is which part of this vector integrates into the chromosome, is it what is lying between the LTR's?
