I found many (old) protocols using dextran sulfate to precipitate HDL2 from the total HDL fraction. But when I apply these, there is absolutely no precipitate!
Do you have any idea why? Would it be because my samples were frozen?
what porosity you used the matrix
I don't have a matrix, I use dextran sulfate precipitation?
AS far as I know, the method is not selective enough to separate HDL2 from HDL. It only works to separate HDL and LDL.
Can anyone explain this method? Especially the last statement where it says only at 1.5 to 2.5mins was the MS/MS connected to the UPLC. How is that possible, is it a feature in this specific...
