As you are in University of Rwanda, it is better to contact your liaison librarian or reference librarian. They will let you know better if ELIVA publisher is legit and whether is it relevant in your field or not.
Thank you so much Ajit Singh for your answer. I would say it's been exciting but confusing to hear from a publisher who does not charge any publication fees with Step-by-step assistance to publication.
Update 8-12-2021: Eliva Press is added in the list of vanity press publishers https://beallslist.net/vanity-press/ See for date of addition: https://beallslist.net/changelog/

I and my co-author Mayukh Mukhopadhyay have our book "Five Shades of Emerging Business Cases" published by Eliva Press. Book Link: https://www.elivapress.com/en/book/book-8905242128/
Our book has also been catalogued by Zenodo, a general-purpose open-access repository developed under the European (EU) OpenAIRE program and operated by CERN. Link: https://zenodo.org/record/5646931#.YYfy87rhXIV
Our book is also available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/163648395X
It is a nice and pleasant experience to publish our works with Eliva Press.
I, along with my coauthor Mousumi Samanta have recently been invited to get our research works published by the Eliva Press. It was hassle-free, no persuasion, with free to publish. Our book publication was handled by a dedicated editing team doing all the necessary works (including cover design) required when the book actually went to the press. The book is listed on the Amazon, and distributed by the Barnes & Noble.
They ask to republish a paper as a book which is always not good, may be considered as "something is good than nothing" but is worst when anything republished.
I received an invitation of my work from Eliva Press though it was already published in another platform. One of the rights they take ones the researcher agreed to publish is the right for them to publish in both 'soft' and 'hard' copy. I have sent my paper, but reverted that decision. Now, I am thinking again due to some good comments.
