Has anybody ever spin-coated MnO powder on a ZnO Nanowire surfaces?

I have to spin coat MnO powder on ZnO nanowire surface grown on ITO. Thickness of MnO layer should be around 10/15 nm. Whats the suitable concentration and rpm for spin coating?

it will depend on the particle size of your MnO. I my opinion, try various concentrations and optimize the thickness.
