It would be a grate help if anyone can send me results of any calculation of the average extraterrestrial solar radiation that is calculated for a specific region anywhere in the world, particularly for summer months.
I know the formulas, but I need just a set of (region, radiation) pairs for several regions in each continent.

The extraterrestrial solar radiation on a horizontal surface depends totally on latitude, day and the month.
You can calculate it using the formula presented in [John A. Duffie, William A. Beckman. Solar Engineering of Thermal Processes. 4th Edition]
or online; http://www.engr.scu.edu/~emaurer/tools/calc_solar_cgi.pl
or I have the calculations developed in Excel worksheet if you need it, please let me know.
There are tables of such for various latitudes in textbooks. The best one is Iqbal's Introduction to solar radiation (1983).
The PV_LIB Matlab or Python toolboxes have functions that can easily be used for these calculations. They can be found at https://pvpmc.sandia.gov/resources-for-members/pv_lib-toolbox/

As I mentioned I know the formula and I have also my own excel and can calculate it for any latitude in any day of a year.
Sorry I didn't mentioned that I want to compare Ho (extraterrestrial) with H (on the earth) to have an estimate of cleanness factor K=H/Ho for several regions in the continents, especially for some summer days (Mid June to end of Aug.). If the data of min, average and max temperature is also available, it would be perfect.
