I have 100 genomes and they were tested in three replication. I need to know the model in R which allow me to know if there is a significant interaction between replications x genotypyes
I know the model will be replication + genotypes + replication x genotyeps. How can I test the significance of replications x genotypes

What is your experimental design? When you say "replication" do you mean "block"?
If you have a randomized complete block design, then your error term is essentially genotype x block. There is no other mean square to perform an F test of this term against, and no remaining degrees of freedom.
If you want to test for G x E, you should replicate within each environment. For your current experiment, I would suggest that you repeat the experiment, giving you two true "environments". Then, your model will be genotype + block + environment + genotype x environment, and you will be able to perform a proper F test to determine the significance of GxE.
With the proper design, you can use the R package 'agricolae' to perform the ANOVA. Be sure to test your assumptions (normality and homoscedasticity) before proceeding with the ANOVA!
