Research Guidance for my field experiment under plastic tunnel. Our hypothesis of this research is growing overwinter leafy vegetables as a crop rotation during off-season cucumber growth for two year under continuous cropping regime in order to reduce the excessive application of chemical fertilizers in Cucumber production under plastic tunnel cultivation. What would you suggest some soil indexes for 4 growing seasons of cucumber?
In another Experiment. I am working on applying plant residues (garlic stalk) and AMF fungi for Cucumber growth in Continuously 2 years soil-plant study under plastic tunnel. What would you suggest for me some important relevant soil indexes and physiology indexes?

Cucumber plant are very sensetive to fungi plant diseases such as Alternaria cucumerina and bacteria such as Pseudomonas syringae. These diseases mayby outbreak on your culturing condition.
Before starting such studies soil index such as fertility status, reaction etc. is needed to be estimated and accordingly nutritional studies are planned. So far as physiological index is concerned, on the basis of objectivity of your studies, plant growth and development parameters of plants in poly tunnel need to ascertained for recording data.
