Rhesus macaque bone marrow plasma cells are very difficult to stain due to the lack of FACS markers. I have a few markers to test out though but I would then also need a good dump, getting rid of most non-plasma cells in the bone marrow. I would appreciate any suggestions on such dump markers (and a description of what cells they bind). I'm mainly interested in markers for the human or non-human primate systems.
I would also appreciate suggestions on positive plasma cell markers. I have tried CD38, CD27, CD138, CD19, CD21 without much success.
