I am looking for a good antibody against mouse Ezh2, used for Western Blot. So far I have had no success. I have tried Millipore 07-689, Abcam ab3748 (discontinued) and BD Bioscience 612666. None of them worked at all (no band at expected size, non-specific signals).
Please if anyone had came across a good antibody for mouse Ezh2 please let me know!

I am using EZH2 antibody from cell signalling (#5246), primary ab in 5%BSA, secondary ab in 5% Milk. Band at 98kDa running in 4-12% Bis-Tris gel with MES running buffer.
