Thank you Dr. Ali. How about in this case, what is your opinion? 1 sample migrated but the other and the positive control did not. Thank you very much for your advice.

What was template? Genomic DNA? How sample 2 and positive control differed from sample 1.

Template was genomic DNA and the sample 2 and 3 are vaccine, thank you sir.

I think what is present in your sample 2 and 3 is the template wich was not amplified at all as the concentration is too much. It also seems that they have not been totally solubilized. The first lane is the DNA ladder I Think. The sample in lane 2 has a carryover from lane 1. For me your PCR did not work at all for any sample.
