I work on RNA virus and measure the conce. of RNA and cDNA by nanodrop there is good concentrations, but in gel electrophoresis there is no bands appear only the dimers?

Do you have a positive control?? What happened with this?? Do you have a Quibit there to measure? In these cases nanodrop is not the best option.

I thinks your problem is due to one or more of the following:
1. very high concentration of your template
2. you have inhibitors
3. your polymerase is not working
4. the template is been already degraded
5. you are missing one of the MM ingradients
6. You may need to increase the cycles of the thermocycler
