Can I use a commercial glyphosate formulation (Roundup Powerflex) for dose response studies or should I use only the active ingredient and a nonionic surfactant (at a constant concentration) to avoid surfactant overload?

In the case of plain active ingredient and nonionic surfactant: Does it matter whether I take the same surfactant like in the commercial formulation or any other surfactant?
