Giemsa stain - are these macrophage nuclei or myelocyte-blast nuclei ?

The picture attached herewith is giemsa stain of mouse liver - i wish to know if these nuclei that are seen are that of macrophage or myelocyte -myeloblast or basophil or mast cell ?

I don't see any cell morphology. There is no way to tell.
