Getting 16KHz peak for all testcases ?

I am designing LISN currently, for any type of load (SMPS or Light Bulb or Resistor) I'm getting 16KHz, -40dBm peak along with the switching frequncy.

I understand something is wrong in my design but I'm unable to debug what is the source for the noise.

Please help me to understand the issue and provide me ways to debug the issue.
